What is DinoHaven's current manufacturing lead time?
DinoHaven's "Manufacturing Lead Time" is the average time that it will take between an order and the item leaving DinoHaven's corporate office in St. Louis, MO. As of December 12, 2007, the current lead time for a DinoHaven manufactured hat is: 1-2 Weeks.

What is your shipping method?
We use USPS for our shipping. While there is only one method of shipping when you browse our web products, we provide 3 methods of shipping if you order through the coloring brochure. If ordering a large quantity of hats, we may use UPS or FedEx, however you still pay the low $4.99 s/h fee (not applicable for group/team discounts or wholesale orders)!

| | · I just ordered a DinoHaven hat! When will it be shipped? There are two primary ways to order a DinoHaven hat, each method determines when you will receive your hat.
Method #1: Credit Card, Gift Certificate, or PayPal
Our preferred method: When ordering through our web site using your credit card or PayPal, we are instantly informed of your payment. A 1-2 week turn-around time should be expected at this point. To see how long it takes once we have shipped it, visit the Shipping Information page.
Method #2: Money Order or Check
When ordering a hat via money order, please note that we do not make the hat until the money order has been received. If you order using a check, please expect a week delay for your check to clear. | | | · Can I pay with a check? Yes you can! Note, however that the hat will not be sent until the check clears (4-7 business days). So please consider using a money order to expedite your order. NOTE: DinoHaven charges a $30.00 service fee on any bounced check. [ Back to Top ]
| | · How much is your shipping and handling? We have three methods of shipping. However our lowest rate is $4.99. Period. No matter how many hats you order, we only charge $4.99. | | · What is your shipping process? What happens after I complete my custom built hat? After completing the coloring brochure, you should expect 2 emails from DinoHaven:
Credit Card Orders:
- You immediatly receive two emails: PayPal or AUTHORIZE.NET (depending on which option you chose) provides you a receipt of payment. You also receive a confirmation from DinoHaven.
Money Orders/PayPal:
- DinoHaven immediatly provides you a confirmation of your order.
- IF PAYING BY MONEY ORDER: Within a week after receipt of the money order, DinoHaven will send you an email notification that says your hat has been shipped via USPS. IF PAYING BY CHECK: Please expect an additonal 4-7 business day for the check to clear. Once the check clears, DinoHaven provides an approximate 1-2 week turnaround on your order.
